1. Shkon e shkarkon SHOUTcast WIN32 Console/GUI server v1.9.8

SHKARKO KETU

2. E ben instalimin e ShoutCast.
3. Shkon tek filet e C:\Program Files\SHOUTcast e hap filen sc_serv.ini
